Sales policy
All Sales Are Final:
All keys are checked before sale. Once a steam game key has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Exceptions:
A replacement may be provided if the key is proven to be non-functional. To request a replacement, please provide:
- Screenshots: Images showing the error message.
- Additional Evidence: Any other relevant information demonstrating that the key is invalid or not working.
Upon receiving this information, we will review your request. If approved, a working replacement key will be issued. Please note that we reserve the right to decline replacement requests if sufficient evidence is not provided or if the issue is determined to be unrelated to the key itself.
